My Christmas "Wish list". . .
- Pink Converse All Stars
- Do Hard Things (the book)
- Camera Bag
- "Possibilities" (the perfume)
- Cowgirl boots
- "The Day I Was Crucified: as told by Jesus Christ" (the book)
- Clothes
- Jewelry
The season for wishes is here. And as a friend said, "Isn't it so nice that wishes don't actually cost anything!?!"
I agree :)
But even more than that, I am so glad that have been given the ability to be totally and completely satisfied in my Savior. Although it is not always that I live with this mindset, He is All in All to me.
~I have no good outside of Him.
~There is no friend that sticks closer than Him.
~He has given me his Living Word, and has allowed me to live in a country where I have ready and easy access to It.
~He supplies my every need, and then goes beyond that, and satisfies my every desire as well.
~As my Best Friend, He is always there to listen, encourage, and counsel.
~As the Lover of my Soul, he daily wins my heart with the acts of love he displays for me, sunsets, flowers, speaking to my heart from His Word.
~It is in His presence that I can find lasting joy.
~He orders and establishes my steps, when I seem to have lost my way.
~When I am overwhelmed with discouragement, fears, or anger, He leads me to a quiet place, and restores me to a right relationship with Him.

. . .What are boots and perfume in comparison to all that?.
So, the biggest thing on my "Wish list" this year is. . .
- To know and be conformed to Him. Phil 3:10

"So you shall rejoice in every good thing which the LORD your God has given to you and your house. . ." Deuteronomy 26:11
